Rising Pratapgarh, the third event in the Rising 100 Cities series, was hosted at Shail Shyam Marriage Hall, Uttar Pradesh. Organized by Network18, presented by Maruti Suzuki, and partnered by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the event celebrated the city’s strides in sustainability, road safety, and skill development. It also highlighted Pratapgarh’s rich cultural heritage, tying the past with the aspirations of a brighter future.

The session witnessed the participation of prominent speakers, including Mr. Saniv Ranjan (DM, Pratapgarh), Dr. Anil Kumar (SP, Pratapgarh), Rajendra Maurya (MLA, BJP), Rajendra Pratap Singh, popularly known as Moti Singh (Former Minister, UP Government & Senior BJP Leader), Dilip Gupta (ARTO-Enforcement), Vijay Singh (Transport Union President), Vandana Singh (District Coordinator, Skill Development), Piyush Kant Sharma (Former Archaeology Officer & Professor, MDP Degree College), Abhishek Singh (Entrepreneur & Farmer), and Dr. Divya Mishra (CDO). The event underscored the city’s potential as a rising hub of balanced development and cultural preservation.

The Rising Cities series proudly showcases the blend of innovation, ecological advancement, and cultural richness defining India’s cities. Following Pratapgarh, the journey moves forward to Jaunpur, Raebareli, Varanasi, and other cities, showcasing their unique strengths and fostering meaningful dialogue on their development trajectories.
