Bringing with him more than 12 years of extensive experience in hospitality finance, Dilip is set to bolster the hotel’s financial operations with his expertise and fresh perspective. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience working with several esteemed hospitality brands, Including Marriott International, Hilton, Accor, Hyatt, Sterling Holidays and The O Hotel.
Dilip holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from Pune University. He is pursuing advance study in cost management account from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, further strengthening his expertise in financial management and strategic cost accounting.
Dilip is widely respected for his analytical approach and his talent for driving financial strategies aligned with broader business objectives. His knack for identifying trends, optimizing processes, and collaborating across departments strengthens the hotel’s operations in ways that directly support the guest experience. Sharing his excitement about joining DoubleTree by Hilton, Dilip said, “I love the dynamic environment where no two days are the same. I enjoy diving into the numbers to uncover trends that can enhance our financial strategies. Collaborating with different departments allows me to see how our financial decisions impact guest experiences directly.
