A two-day workshop titled ‘Leading the Change: Value-Based Organizational Culture and Change Management’ was successfully conducted at NTPC’s Hyderabad from October 3rd to 4th, 2024. The event, organized in collaboration with the Ontological Leadership Foundation, featured power professionals from NTPC and included insights from Yogi Balkrishna .
The workshop was inaugurated by Shri K S Sundaram, Director (Projects), NTPC, who encouraged participants to leverage the knowledge gained to drive the organization toward greater success. Through a mix of lectures, case studies, role plays, and experiential learning, the participants engaged in discussions on ontological perspectives and leadership. The event concluded with positive feedback during the valedictory session, attended by NTPC’s senior leadership team.
