An updated ‘Vigilance Handbook’ was launched by Sh. Vivek Kumar Dewangan, CMD – REC Limited in the presence of Director(Projects), CVO, and other senior officials at REC Corporate Office in Gurugram.
Vigilance set-up is an essential part of the machinery set up by the government to enforce compliance with the rules and regulations. The updated handbook, which includes circulars and orders of the government and Central Vigilance Commission on vigilance-related issues, would help employees learn about systems, procedures, and guidelines on vigilance aspects.
During the launch, CMD – REC highlighted that the book would act as a guide not only to the vigilance officials but also to other officials and would help them discharge their duties in a more effective manner.
