The Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) recently organized the second edition of the Insolvency Law Conclave for Post Graduate Insolvency Programme students. Themed “Insolvency Law & Corporate Restructuring: The Journey So Far, Challenges Ahead & Way Forward,” the event featured sessions on topics like real estate’s convergence with IBC, corporate restructuring, and the interplay of IBC with other laws. Industry experts, including Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla and professionals from EY and law firms, shared insights, emphasizing attitudinal changes in the insolvency process. The event aimed to enrich aspiring professionals entering the insolvency industry.Mr. Abizer Dewanji, Financial Servicers Head at EY, Ashish Chhawchharia, Partner, GT and Partners from many Law Firms and IPEs were the guest speakers and moderators at the event.
The sessions were enlightening and enriching for the aspiring professionals of the Post- Graduate Insolvency Programme who are about to join the Restructuring, Turnaround and Insolvency Industry.
