Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO has executed the Memorandum of Understanding with the State Government of Gujarat in the presence of Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel for an investment up to Rs.14,500 crores for financing the Housing and Urban Infrastructure projects in the State of Gujarat.
The Government of Gujarat intends for overall development of the State by implementing various housing and infrastructure projects. The State Government has invited proposals for Investment Promotion Activity from Banks and Financial Institutions, during Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024 for facilitating investment in future housing and infrastructure development programmes in the State.
