RK Singh said that 23 Central and State projects and 6 private sector projects, mostly in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir were shut down due to heavy rains. He informed the house that now all hydro-electric projects except Larji HEP project in Himachal Pradesh have been re-operationalized.
