The CBI arrested seven accused including proprietor of Private Company, Private Persons, Executive Secretary to CMD of Bridge & Roof Company (India) Ltd etc in an alleged bribery of Rs.19.96 Lakh.
It was alleged that a conspiracy was laid amongst the said accused for getting the tender of Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS), Odisha awarded to the private company in lieu of illegal gratification to unknown public servant of Bridge & Roof Company (India) Ltd, Kolkata. An alleged bribe amount of Rs. 19.96 Lakh was recovered from the possession of said private person.
