NTPC has recently hired its first female mining, Ms Sakshi Kumari, a B-tech Graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela . Passionate about the operations part in mining, Sakshi shares a vision for inclusion and diversity for women in this field. And surprisingly, she joined the NTPC Dulanga Coal Mining Project on 15th June which is marked as International Day for Women in Mining.
