Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel & Industrial Relation), Coal India Ltd. addressed the 4th edition of People Management Conclave organised by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry at Kolkata.
Speaking at the event, Shri Ranjan spoke on the need for proper career management and preparation to remain employable. He stated that this decade belongs to India as we have one of the highest GDP growth rates and our country will be the workforce supplier to the world in the next 2-3 years.
