IndianOil has been a trailblazer in empowering women and for creating a level playing field at every stage is key to achieving true excellence. IndianOil’s flagship coaching program for women leaders, Aarohi, has already groomed almost a hundred women across five batches, preparing them for senior leadership roles. On the social front, our Vidushi and Medha Chhatravritti Scholarships are two of many pioneering initiatives that are supporting India’s young women in their quest for fulfilling careers.
