Motorola launches its ‘Moto’ series in India

Lenovo-owned Motorola on Wednesday launched ‘Moto E4’ and ‘Moto E4 Plus’ smartphones, extending its ‘Moto’ series in India.

‘Moto E4 Plus’ costs Rs 9,999 will be available as a Flipkart exclusive from 11.59 p.m. of July 12. The launch offers will include data plans from Jio and Idea. ‘Moto E4’ costing Rs 8,999 will be available across all major retail outlets from July 12.

Sudhin Mathur, Managing Director for Motorola Mobility in India said, “Already being a dominant smartphone player in the e-commerce segment, the company intends to strengthen its retail footprint for the consumers who want to get a touch and feel of the devices.”

The fundamental feature of ‘E4 Plus’ is its massive 5,000mAh battery that can run for long hours and supports fast charging. ‘E4 Plus’ comes with an expandable storage up to 128GB and is powered by MT6737 quad-core 1.3GHz quad-core processor.

‘E4 Plus’ features a 5.5-inch HD display, sports 13MP rear camera and single-LED flash support and 5MP front camera and comes with 3GB RAM/32GB ROM. It also has feature of home button which doubles as a fingerprint sensor.

‘Moto E4’ works on an MT6737 quad-core 1.3Ghz processor. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM with expandable storage up to 128 GB. It is provided with a 2,800 mAh battery. There is a 5-inch HD display along with 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera with selfie flash.

Moto ‘E4 Plus’ and ‘E4 runs’ on the latest Android Nougat 7.1.1 and display consumer’s favorite ‘Moto Display’.
