New Delhi: BJP President Amit Shah has said, the party's victory in the Delhi civic polls laid the foundation for next assembly polls in the national capital and it marks the end of anarchy. He was addressing a convention of the BJP workers in New Delhi to celebrate the success in the recently held municipal polls. He said, the credit for the win goes to BJP's booth-level workers. The BJP President asked the newly-elected councilors to bring change in people's lives.

Meanwhile, Congress has criticised BJP for celebrating its Delhi civic polls victory today. Talking to media in New Delhi, party leader Kapil Sibal asked the government to own the responsibility for the recent causalities on LoC and Chhattisgarh. He said, the government has no defence policy in place to deal with growing cross border terrorism.
